Your head spa experience includes a scalp analysis, hair shampoo, and a light head and arm massage.
You’ll also receive red-light facial therapy, a collagen mask, a separate green-tea jade mask, and a foot soak.
Will my hair be wet afterward?
Your session includes cleansing and rinsing. You can finish your own hair at the self-service styling bar using the available Dyson dryers, or add a blow-dry for $25. The optional blow-dry adds 10 minutes to your appointment.
Is it suitable for my hair type?
Email us before booking about your hair texture, extensions, protective styles, or recent hair services so we can confirm what’s suitable.
What if I’m pregnant or have a scalp condition?
Please contact us before booking. Tell us about any allergies, pregnancy, or scalp conditions so we can discuss the session and products with you.
What is the cancellation and late-arrival policy?
Sessions are prepaid at booking. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. To cancel or request a reschedule, call (786) 298-7853.
Arriving late shortens your session. Depending on how late you arrive, we may not be able to complete every part of your treatment.
